We give you a full 30 days to try our products out and ensure you are satisfied. If for any reason you are not, you may return your product for FREE (U.S. customers only) within 30 days after delivery for a full refund. Here’s how it works:

1. Return Conditions: The item must be undamaged and in its original packaging.
2. Free Returns: We will supply a return label (U.S. customers only). Customers outside the U.S. are required to pay for return shipping costs.

When you order from us, we aim to get your gear to you as quickly as possible! Here's what you need to know:

1. Free Shipping: Orders over $89 are eliglbe for free shipping (U.S customers only).
2. Shipping Days: We ship orders Monday through Friday.
3. Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 11 am MST are shipped the same day.
4. Shipping Location: Products are shipped directly from our warehouse in Idaho.
5. Shipping Confirmation: You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information within 24 hours of shipping. 
6. P.O. Boxes: Only the shipping methods "USPS Advantage" (for U.S. customers) and "UPS Mail" (for non-U.S. customers) can deliver to P.O. Boxes. Make sure to select one of these if shipping to a P.O. Box.
7. International Orders: Customs and duties may be charged to you upon delivery. Syphon is not responsible for these.
