Return Policy

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you've received your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged, in the original packaging, and contain all non-disposable packaging contents. U.S. customers are eligible for free returns. Non-U.S. customers are responsible for return postage at their expense.

 

Shipping costs incurred by the customer, customs and duties, and "Crash Protection" will not be refunded to the original amount.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to our fulfillment center. We will provide a free return label for U.S. customers and instruct Non-U.S. customers where to ship their return. Returns shipped to our fulfillment center will result in a delayed refund.

Certain situations may result in partial refunds:

  • Items that show obvious signs of use.

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing non-disposable packaging contents.

  • Items sent to us more than 30 days after delivery.

 

We address partial refunds on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

 

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@syphonsound.com.

 

Sale items:

Regular-priced items may be refunded; items on sale may be subject to no refund.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift and the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified about your return.

 

1-Year Global Warranty

Syphon-branded products will be free of defects in materials and workmanship and will not fail under normal usage for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Syphon's warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents or unauthorized modifications.

 

Syphon's warranty policy applies to all products purchased from syphonsound.com or any authorized Syphon retailer. To ensure that you are getting a genuine and new product covered by Syphon's warranty, always purchase products from an authorized Syphon retailer. If you have questions about authorized retailers, feel free to contact us. We're always happy to help.

 

Exchanges

If, upon receiving your order, items have been damaged during shipping and/or are defective or fail under the 1-year global warranty, Syphon will authorize a replacement or exchange at our expense.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order or make changes to an existing order, it must be done before your order has shipped. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to cancel your order or make adjustments to the shipping address. If a cancellation or adjustment is necessary, please contact us immediately at support@syphonsound.com so that we might resolve the issue in a timely manner.

 

We are unable to guarantee that a cancellation or any adjustments will be made in the necessary time frame to satisfy your request. We address these requests on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Shipping

To return your product, you must first contact us to authorize the return. Once authorized, we will provide a free return label for U.S. customers. Non-U.S. customers will be instructed to mail their package to:

Non-U.S. customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. If you are shipping an item back, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
