SoundPro Help
-
Will the SoundPro fit in my (e.g., Fox V3) helmet? The SoundPro speakers are designed to be compatible with all helmets. Whether it's a dirt bike helmet, street helmet, snowmobile helmet, or MTB helmet, they will fit. All helmets have ear pockets, and our speakers are designed to fit into those pockets using the provided mounting accessories. To ensure a perfect fit, check that your helmet has sufficient space around the ear area for the speakers. If you encounter any issues with fitting the speakers into your helmet, our customer support team is available to provide additional guidance and troubleshooting.
-
How do the SoundPro speakers go in the helmet? Do I need to install it?The SoundPro fits best when you slide the two speakers behind the helmet liner into the ear pockets. That keeps it in place and situated in a way where you can't even feel that the speakers are there. The speakers are designed to stay in place with hook and loop 3M Velcro. There is no permanent installation.

How's the sound quality?Great! The SoundPro delivers crisp full sound and unsurpassed music quality. Our audio engineers worked zealously on the SoundPro to bring high-fidelity sound in a compact size. Hundreds of hours were spent tuning the drivers perfectly so they could cut through engine and wind noise to deliver ideal sound for riders. While the primary feature of the SoundPro is that it is the most comfortable helmet audio solution on the planet, we worked tirelessly to ensure its sound quality matches its unsurpassed comfort. The SoundPro is the loudest, best sounding, most comfortable helmet audio system ever created.
-
How's the mic?Great! The SoundPro houses an ultra-dynamic-directional boomless microphone inside the speaker housing, meaning it can pick up your voice and filter out the wind/road noise. In other words, you can use your voice assistant, have clear phone calls, and easily communicate while you ride all at the push of a button.
-
What is that twist dial the speakers are connected to?The twist dial that the speakers are connected to is the Bluetooth controller. It's spring loaded and controls all your music. Inside that thin controller is the battery, Bluetooth chip, and amplifiers for the speakers. It can attach directly to your helmet with included 3M Dual Lock removable fasteners, or it can clip to your goggles, chinstrap, backpack, etc. with an included attachable clip.
-
Can I pair the SoundPro with other devices for group communication? The SoundPro is compatible with various VOIP walkie-talkie apps like Voxer, Discord, Zello, etc. and it works very well to communicate rider-to-rider/passenger with this setup. A lot of riders prefer that setup because there are no brand, distance, or group size restrictions. However, there is nothing "built-in" that will do this, so an app like the above mentioned is necessary for it to work.
-
Can I plug it into my third-party communication system? You cannot plug the SoundPro into a third-party communication system or another device. The SoundPro is a standalone product that is only compatible with Bluetooth devices.
-
What's the Bluetooth range? The SoundPro features the latest bluetooth chip so range can reach up to 800 feet/240 meters with direct line of sight, or about 130 feet/40 meters in typical usage. In most situations, you'll need a Bluetooth device on you for a stable connection. Many riders like pairing to a smartwatch so they can ride without their phone.
-
Is it waterproof?Yes. The SoundPro has an IPX5 waterproof rating. In technical terms, the SoundPro is certified to resist a sustained, low-pressure water jet spray. It is perfectly suitable for muddy, rainy, and snowy conditions.
-
How is the battery life?Great! In normal conditions you will get 10+ hours out of a single charge. In the most extreme conditions (-40° and volume 100%) you will get 5+ hours out of a single charge. The SoundPro was built to handle the most extreme environments.
-
Is there any sound leakage that might disturb others around me?From our own usage we haven't run into this issue. If you are in a quiet room with the volume turned up, there may be some sound leakage, but out in the backcountry or at a stoplight where there is more ambient noise, we haven't noticed any sound leakage.
